Head carhop at Lil Minmo's Lunar Diner, the finest earth-style eatery on the dark side of the moon. While his knowledge of Lil Minmo's alcohol menu is vast and he's a pro on quad skates, Tocco's professional motivation has... room for improvement. After learning about Earth's VTuber streamers, he rigged the diner's televisions and menus to stream his Twitch streaming, and the rest, they say, is history.Tocco is an alien from the Cat Star and a dedicated Earth-aboo. He spends most of his free time skating as a jammer on an Earth roller derby team, playing Earth video games, and sampling the planet's culinary abominations.
